Service
Driveway & Concrete for Southwest Florida homes
Surface-cleaner pass + spot pressure to bring driveways, walkways, and pads back to bright concrete.
What it is
Driveway & Concrete done the right way.
Driveways, walkways, and concrete pads in Florida pick up tire stains, oil, organic growth, and red clay tracking from yards. We use a flat-surface cleaner combined with targeted pressure to bring them back to brand-new, then post-treat to slow regrowth.
What's included
- Surface-cleaner pass on full driveway
- Edge and crack pressure detail
- Oil and rust spot treatment
- Walkways and entry pads
- Post-treatment to slow algae regrowth
- Rinse and walkthrough
How we work
- 1 Walk the driveway with you — note any stains you want hit hard.
- 2 Pre-treat with our concrete-safe cleaner.
- 3 Run a 20-inch flat surface cleaner across the whole pad.
- 4 Detail edges, expansion joints, and any heavy stain spots with a pressure wand.
- 5 Final rinse to flush residue away from your house and lawn.
- 6 Optional post-treatment so the clean lasts 4–6× longer.
FAQ
Driveway & Concrete questions.
Can pressure washing damage concrete?
Done with a flat surface cleaner at the right PSI, no. Done with a turbo nozzle in untrained hands, yes — you can etch zebra stripes into concrete. We never use turbo nozzles on driveways.
How long until I can drive on it?
Immediately. Concrete is wet but fully usable. Avoid hot tire pickup for the first hour by parking on grass if possible.
Will it remove rust stains?
Most surface rust comes off with our standard process. Deep-set rust from sprinkler lines or fertilizer requires a specialty rust remover — we'll quote that separately if needed.
