House Soft Wash for Southwest Florida homes
Low-pressure wash that lifts algae, mildew, and dirt without damaging paint, siding, or shingles.
What it is
House Soft Wash done the right way.
Algae, mildew, and dirt cling to stucco, vinyl, and painted siding because they're alive. Pressure alone can't kill them — they grow right back. We use a low-pressure soft-wash solution that kills the source at the surface and rinses your home clean without damaging paint or shingles.
What's included

- Soffit, fascia, and gutter exterior cleaning
- Window frames and shutters

How we work
- 1 We arrive on time, walk the property, and confirm what's getting cleaned.
- 2 We pre-treat plants and shrubs with water to protect them.
- 3 We apply our soft-wash solution from the bottom up to the entire exterior.
- 4 We let it dwell — this is when the algae actually dies.
- 5 We rinse top-down with a low-pressure tip until everything runs clear.
- 6 We do a final walkthrough with you and show you the results.
FAQ
House Soft Wash questions.
Will soft washing damage my paint?
No. Soft washing uses pressure equivalent to a garden hose — far less than the wind hitting your siding in a normal rainstorm. The cleaning is done by the chemistry, not the pressure.
How often should I soft wash my house?
In SW Florida humidity, every 12–18 months is the sweet spot. Wait longer and the algae gets a foothold; sooner is fine but unnecessary.
What about my plants?
We pre-soak landscaping with plain water before, during, and after the wash so the soft-wash solution can't concentrate on roots. We've never had a plant casualty.
