FAQ
Fence & Deck questions.
Can pressure washing damage my wood deck?
Used wrong, yes — high pressure raises the wood grain and ruins the surface for staining. We use low pressure and the right tip for the species. The result is a deck ready for stain or sealer.
Should I wash before staining?
Always. Stain bonds to clean wood, not to a layer of dirt and old algae. We can do the full pre-stain prep and recommend a stain timing window.
What about the dirt and discoloration on my vinyl fence?
Most of it is mildew. Soft-wash kills it, and the fence comes back to white.
